Hi, I’m Sally.

 I’m a passionate and motivated fitness professional dedicated to helping people become the strongest version of themselves. I work with the general population, supporting clients of all ages and fitness levels. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, creating supportive, structured, and encouraging environments tailored to their individual needs. I help clients lose weight, gain healthy weight, build muscle strength, and improve overall confidence through personalized training, accountability, and consistent support. 

I have 3+ years of experience in fitness and training, with a strong background in strength training and helping others build confidence through movement and discipline.

 A fun fact about me is that I love the outdoors whether it’s going on hikes, traveling, or exploring new places. I enjoy staying active outside of the gym and experiencing new environments and adventures whenever I can.
