1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Let’sTalkMe Inc.
“Website” refers to www.letstalkme.com and any related pages, forms, links, or digital content operated by Let’sTalkMe Inc.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual, parent, guardian, caregiver, school, institution, clinic, organization, residence, partner, or person accessing our website or services.
“Services” refers to the programs and services provided by Let’sTalkMe Inc., including but not limited to special needs personal training, adaptive personal training, rehabilitation-focused exercise, group exercise classes, school and institution programs, workshops, keynote presentations, consultations, assessments, educational programming, and related support services.
“Trainer,” “Coach,” “Instructor,” “Specialist,” or “Team Member” refers to any Let’sTalkMe Inc. staff member, contractor, representative, or service provider delivering services on behalf of the company.
2. Scope of Services
Let’sTalkMe Inc. provides movement-based, educational, adaptive, and rehabilitation-informed services for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Our services may include:
Special needs personal training
Adaptive personal training
Rehabilitation-focused exercise
Strength, balance, mobility, and coordination training
School and institution programs
Special needs physical education programming
Group exercise classes
Workshops and keynote presentations
Health, fitness, and wellness education
Collaboration with families, caregivers, ABA clinics, healthcare providers, schools, residences, and partner organizations
Our services are designed to support fitness, physical activity, confidence, functional movement, independence, education, and general wellness. Services may be delivered in-home, online, at schools, institutions, residences, care homes, community spaces, partner facilities, gyms, or another agreed location.
3. Not Medical, Psychological, or Emergency Care
Let’sTalkMe Inc. does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy, emergency care, or regulated healthcare services unless explicitly stated and provided by a licensed professional within their regulated scope of practice.
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation prescribed by a regulated healthcare provider, or emergency services.
Clients should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if they have a medical condition, injury, disability, neurological condition, cardiovascular concern, chronic illness, pain, mobility limitation, or any other health concern.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or contact emergency services immediately.
4. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, fatigue, falls, dizziness, aggravation of existing injuries, new injuries, cardiovascular events, or other physical or health-related complications.
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Clients, parents, guardians, caregivers, schools, institutions, and organizations are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about health status, medical history, medications, injuries, diagnoses, behavioral concerns, mobility limitations, allergies, emergency contacts, and any restrictions provided by healthcare professionals.
You agree to inform Let’sTalkMe Inc. immediately if there are any changes in health, behavior, medication, mobility, safety concerns, or medical status that may affect participation.
5. Minors and Consent
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before services begin.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate health, behavioral, developmental, medical, and safety information. Depending on the service, parent, guardian, caregiver, school staff, or approved support personnel may be required to remain present or available during sessions.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to require additional consent forms, intake forms, liability waivers, emergency contact information, or school/institution agreements before services begin.
6. Special Needs, ABA, and Healthcare Collaboration
Let’sTalkMe Inc. works with individuals with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Parkinson’s Disease, neurological conditions, developmental disabilities, mobility limitations, chronic health concerns, and other support needs.
When appropriate, we may collaborate with ABA clinics, healthcare professionals, schools, families, caregivers, insurance providers, or referral partners. Collaboration is intended to improve communication, safety, goal alignment, and program quality.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. does not guarantee that services will be covered by ABA funding, insurance, third-party benefits, or healthcare reimbursement programs. Coverage depends on the client’s individual plan, provider, documentation, and approval process.
Clients are responsible for confirming coverage, eligibility, reimbursement, and funding requirements with their provider, insurer, school, clinic, or funding body.
7. Booking, Scheduling, and Availability
Sessions, consultations, classes, programs, and workshops must be scheduled through the approved booking method provided by Let’sTalkMe Inc.
Availability may vary depending on trainer schedules, location, travel requirements, program type, client needs, and organizational agreements.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to accept, decline, reschedule, pause, modify, or discontinue services if safety, scheduling, staffing, payment, behavioral, environmental, or professional concerns arise.
8. Payments, Fees, and Invoicing
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their selected service, package, program, class, workshop, or agreement.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service type, including one-on-one sessions, school programs, institutional contracts, group exercise classes, workshops, or partner agreements.
Payments may be processed by e-transfer, invoice, third-party payment processor, online platform, or another approved payment method.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. does not store credit card information directly when third-party payment processors are used. Third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service agreement, package, institution, or program.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients are expected to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling a session.
Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may be charged in full.
For school, institutional, group, or workshop services, cancellation terms may be outlined in a separate written agreement.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, unsafe weather, unsafe environment, staff availability, travel issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Refunds
Refund policies may vary depending on the service, package, agreement, or organization.
Used sessions, completed services, delivered programs, workshops, consultations, and completed classes are non-refundable.
Remaining unused services may be eligible for refund only under extenuating circumstances and with management approval.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees, completed work, travel costs, preparation time, program design time, or other incurred expenses.
11. In-Home, Community, and On-Site Services
For services delivered in-home, at schools, institutions, residences, care homes, community spaces, or agreed locations, clients or organizations are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment.
This includes, when applicable:
Safe flooring and adequate space
Clear access to the training area
Appropriate supervision or support personnel
Safe pets, family members, residents, or bystanders
Disclosure of environmental risks
Required building access, parking instructions, or entry procedures
Emergency contact information
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to stop or refuse service if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or not suitable for service delivery.
12. Conduct and Safety
Clients, family members, caregivers, staff, participants, and organizations are expected to behave respectfully and safely toward Let’sTalkMe Inc. team members.
Let’sTalkMe Inc. has the right to pause, modify, or terminate services if there is:
Unsafe behavior
Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse
Repeated cancellations or non-payment
Unsafe environment
Failure to disclose relevant health or behavioral information
Refusal to follow safety instructions
Risk of harm to the client, staff, or others
13. Results and Outcomes
Let’sTalkMe Inc. aims to provide high-quality, professional, and individualized services. However, results vary depending on many factors, including participation, consistency, health status, diagnosis, environment, family support, medical history, motivation, lifestyle, and adherence to recommendations.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, improvements, weight loss, recovery timelines, athletic performance outcomes, medical changes, behavioral changes, or functional improvements.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials created by Let’sTalkMe Inc., including text, graphics, logos, programs, documents, educational materials, presentations, worksheets, videos, images, and resources, are the property of Let’sTalkMe Inc. unless otherwise stated.
Clients and organizations may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use Let’sTalkMe Inc. materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Program materials provided to clients are for personal or agreed organizational use only.
15. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use this website to:
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access unauthorized systems
Copy or misuse website content
Interfere with website functionality
Engage in spam, abuse, or harmful activity
Violate applicable laws
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to restrict access to the website or services if misuse is suspected.

Information may be shared with team members, contractors, clinics, schools, healthcare providers, caregivers, insurance providers, or partner organizations only when necessary, appropriate, authorized, or required by law.
Confidentiality may be limited in situations involving risk of harm, medical emergency, legal requirements, child protection concerns, consented collaboration, or safety concerns.

18. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Let’sTalkMe Inc.’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’sTalkMe Inc., its directors, employees, contractors, representatives, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, participation in services, breach of these Terms, failure to disclose relevant information, or actions that create harm or risk to yourself or others.
20. Service Changes and Termination
Let’sTalkMe Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any service, program, class, workshop, website feature, or agreement at any time.
We may also refuse or terminate service if we determine that we are not the appropriate provider for the client’s needs, if safety concerns arise, or if the client requires a higher level of medical, psychological, behavioral, or clinical support than we can provide.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms, the website, or services provided by Let’sTalkMe Inc. shall be subject to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
22. Changes to These Terms
Let’sTalkMe Inc. may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
