Hi, I’m Shahrzad.
I hold over 15 years of experience in exercise therapy, corrective exercise, biomechanics, rehabilitation, swimming instruction, aquatic therapy, and movement assessment across academic, clinical, and fitness settings.
I am a biomechanics and corrective exercise specialist with a strong background in rehabilitation, movement analysis, and therapeutic exercise. My approach combines science-based training with individualized care to help clients move better, reduce pain, improve confidence, and build long-term physical function.
I work with a wide range of populations including older adults, individuals recovering from injuries, people with musculoskeletal conditions, children and adults with special needs, beginners starting their fitness journey, and athletes looking to improve movement quality and performance.
My services include functional training, corrective exercise, aquatic therapy, mobility and balance training, posture correction, strength development, and personalized rehabilitation-focused exercise programs both in water and on land.
